To place an order, you must follow the online checkout process and click "Authorize Payment." You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). We will also inform you by email that the product is being shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation").

• You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). Never at a PO box.
• Delivery times depend on the destination. For deliveries in Spain, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. For the rest of Europe, it's 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are free for all products in Spain.

For the rest of the EU countries, shipping is free for purchases over 150 euros. For countries outside the EU, shipping is €20. Product availability

Prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount (if applicable based on our shipping conditions).

If shipping to the Canary Islands or a country outside the European Union, you can request tax-free shipping by writing to info@bel-cashmere.com.

Prices do not include customs fees, which may apply to shipments to the Canary Islands or outside the European Union.

Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an order confirmation. Exchanges and returns

As a customer, you have the right to make any exchange or return within 14 calendar days of delivery of your order.

Returns to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) are free. You must send an email to info@bel-cashmere.com to request a return.

For other countries and the Canary Islands, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
