CAN PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE BEL CASHMERE WEBSITE BE RETURNED?
Yes. Bel Cashmere strives for complete customer satisfaction, and therefore, customers have the right to return products if they are not satisfied.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
The return period is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you wish to make a return, please send an email to info@bel-cashmere.com containing the following information:
- 1- Indicate the desire to make a return
- 2- Indicate which products you want to return
- 3- Indicate the order number
- 4- In the event that the customer purchased the products via bank transfer, the IBAN code of the customer to whom the refund should be made.
After verifying your information, we will send you a confirmation email with the next steps. In the case of Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands), we will send a carrier to collect your package within the next 24-48 hours (working days). For the rest of the countries and the Canary Islands, the return confirmation email will include postal information for shipping. It is recommended that products be returned via courier, insuring the full value of the item and using a delivery tracking service. Bel Cashmere will not be responsible for refunds or compensation for products returned but not received by Bel Cashmere due to loss, theft, or damage not attributable to Bel Cashmere.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR MY RETURN?
No, returns are free. The refund you will receive will include the full cost of the returned products. Shipping and delivery costs will be covered by Bel Cashmere. Regarding return shipping costs, our return service for Spain (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) will be free for the customer. For other countries and the Canary Islands, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?
After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have the tags attached), you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the amount will be credited to your account within a few days. Remember that credit card payments always depend on your bank.
