Exchanges and returns


CAN PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THE BEL CASHMERE WEBSITE BE RETURNED?

Yes. Bel Cashmere seeks the complete satisfaction of its customers and therefore, the customer has the full right to return the products if they are not satisfied with them.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT?

The deadline for any return is 14 calendar days, starting from the day of receipt of the product.

Exceptionally, orders purchased between November 27 and December 25 will have until January 10 to be exchanged or returned.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you wish to make an exchange or return, the customer must send an email to the following address info@bel-cashmere.com with the request for exchange or return and the order number.

Next, after verifying the information, we will send you a confirmation email with the next steps.

In the case of Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) we will send a carrier to collect your package or we will send you the shipping label so that you can deposit the package at a convenient point.

For EU countries and the Canary Islands, we will send you the shipping label so you can drop off the package at a convenient location.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR A CHANGE?

In Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands), the first exchange is free . Any subsequent exchanges within the same order cost €5.

In the rest of the EU, the first exchange is free . Any further exchanges within the same order cost €10.

For the Canary Islands and countries outside the EU, we do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING FOR MY RETURN?

In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) returns are free.

In the rest of the EU countries the return cost is €5.

In the Canary Islands and countries outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have their original tags), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be credited to your account within a few days. Please remember that refunds to credit cards always depend on your bank.
