How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer a free shipment service for  Spain.

For the rest of UE countries we offer a free shipment service for orders over 150 Euros. For orders below 150 Euros the shipment cost will be 15 Euros.


For the rest of countries we offer a free shipment service for orders over 300 Euros. For orders below 300 Euros the shipment cost will be 35 Euros.

Can I return an item bought at bel-cashmere.com?

Of course! For online purchases, Bel Cashmere will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition, not used and only if accompanied by the original tags attached and original packaging.

Do I have to pay for the return?

No, returns are free. The refund you will receive will include the full cost of the returned products. Regarding the shipping costs of the return, our return service for Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) will be free for the customer. For other countries and the Canary Islands, the customer will be responsible for the return shipment.

How can I wash my cashmere pieces?

Despite what many people believe, cashmere garments do not deteriorate with washing. It is good to wash them. As with hair, after washing it is softer and fluffier.

However, it is also true that it is not necessary to wash them after each use, it is often enough to hang them outside and air them a bit.

The way to wash cashmere garments will depend on whether the garment is knitted or woven. In the case of fabric, such as wraps or fringed scarves, dry cleaning is the most recommended.

As for knitwear, you can wash them by hand or in the washing machine (wool program) but always cold (never with hot water). You should also use a delicate detergent, especially for cashmere or wool.

Will my cashmere garment pill?

Bel cashmere garments are made with the best cashmere and even so it is possible that with rubbing they can make some balls at first, since some fibers can be released. However, unlike bad cashmere, good quality cashmere will have less peeling and in any case it will only be at first. But don’t worry, there is a solution!

Obviously, the less you rub the garment, the fewer pills it will get, but it is clear that the garment is made to be worn, so if you see pills coming out, there are several ways to remove them. The most recommended is to do it with a specific product for it. Either with a cashmere and wool comb or with a little machine that removes balls, which makes them disappear in a minute.

If you don’t have one, you can very carefully run a razor over the garment, as if you were shaving it. But do it gently and on a hard surface, without pressing too hard so as not to damage the garment.

You will see that once the balls are removed, the garment is perfect and impeccable.

What payment method does Bel Cashmere accept?

We accept card  (Visa, MasterCard y American express) and Paypal.

When is my payment debited out of my card?

Payment is only debited from your card when checkout is completed.

Can I use multiple credit card to place an order?

We only accept one credit card per order. You are more than welcome to place separate orders with different cards.

Why is my credit card being refused?

The card in use may have expired.
You may have exceeded the authorized credit limit. Please contact your bank.
Your billing address may differ from your shipping address. Please call your credit card company to verify your information. A mismatch can cause an inconvenience in all purchases. Always check
that all fields are filled in correctly.

Do I have to pay VAT/DUTIES?

VAT/DUTIES may apply in countries outside the EU. 

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the current status of your shipment. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your purchase has not been processed we can cancel an order or edit your shipping details. Please send us an email to: [email protected] 

How long will it take to process my order?

From the time we receive the order, it takes between 24 and 48 hours to process and ship it.

Why was my order cancelled?

The item(s) that you ordered may no longer be available. If an item in your order is unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.  If your order contains additional items they will be shipped to you without the unavailable item.

Is Bel cashmere responsible for lost packages?

Yes, we are responsible for your order until you receive it.

What if my item is damage, defective or incorrect?
